At a trading expo you can spend forty minutes deciding whether the person in front of you is an engineer, a reseller, or a salesperson who will hand you to somebody else after the show. That is forty minutes off a two day event. Our fix for it is not clever: we all wear the same shirts.
Everyone attending Forex Expo Dubai from SINGUARD will be in a SINGUARD or an eTrader t-shirt for the whole event. Not a lanyard you have to squint at, not a badge turned backwards by the time you reach us. If you see the shirt, you have found someone who can answer for the product. Come and say hello.
Why the shirt is the whole point
An expo floor is loud and visually busy, and most identification fails at three metres. Badges flip. Business cards get read after the conversation, not before. A shirt is readable across an aisle, which means you can decide to talk to us before you have committed to walking over.
It also removes the gatekeeping step. There is nobody to get past, no list your name has to be on, no "let me see if one of the team is free". Everyone in the shirt is one of the team. If you would like more context on how our events work in general, we covered it in how SINGUARD does expos.
Two shirts, one company
You will see both designs and they mean the same thing. SINGUARD is the company. eTrader is the trading terminal we build, and it has its own identity because traders know it by that name rather than by ours. Whichever shirt you spot, the person wearing it can talk about the terminal, the Broker CRM and the Prop Firm CRM, and can put any of the three on a screen for you while you watch.
What happens after you walk up
Usually this. You say in one sentence what you run or what you are planning. We open the relevant product live rather than reaching for a brochure, and you ask questions against the real screen. If the answer is "that is not how it works", you get that answer instead of a maybe.
The things people bring to us at a show tend to be operational rather than promotional. A prop firm founder wants to see how a breach is decided and what the audit trail looks like afterwards. A broker wants to see the withdrawal queue and the free equity check that sits in front of it. Someone starting from nothing wants to know what the first ninety days look like. None of that needs a meeting room, and none of it needs a pitch.
Worth stating plainly: SINGUARD sells software and nothing else. We are not a broker, a bank, a payment provider or an adviser, and we do not hold client money or run anyone's trading business. The operating firm keeps its own licensing, compliance and client funds. Trading with leverage carries a high risk of loss.
Who is inside the shirts
SINGUARD's Executive Directors, Alex Onta & Roman Onta, wear the same t-shirts as everyone else and stand in the same aisles. Alex Onta built the eTrader terminal, with Roman Onta helping on the design, and leads it. Alex Onta & Roman Onta built the Prop Firm CRM, the Broker CRM, Scalegram and CopySignals together, and they carry compliance, payments and corporate structuring together as well.
So a question about a rule, a price or what ships next has an answer at the shirt, not two escalations away from it. If you want to know who else you might be talking to, the people behind the products introduces the wider team.
Four languages, no interpreter needed
Between us we answer in English, Italian, Romanian and Russian. Tell us at the start which one you are most comfortable in. Technical detail about margin, payout mechanics or a payment rail gets lost when both people are translating as they go, and switching costs nothing.
Dates, floor plan and fixing a time
We are not publishing dates, hall names or a stand number here. Those come from the expo organiser and they change, so check the event's own official schedule and floor plan. If you want a firm time rather than trusting a chance encounter in an aisle, use the Book a Call or Text Us links in the header of this site and we will agree one before the event.
And if Dubai does not suit your calendar at all, the shirts turn up elsewhere. Where the team travels covers the rest of it, and the same links work all year for a remote demo with your own team watching.
"I would rather be recognised by a t-shirt than by a job title. It means people come over with a real problem instead of a polite question."
— Roman Onta, Executive Director, SINGUARD

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I recognise the SINGUARD team at the expo?
By the t-shirts. Everyone attending from SINGUARD wears either a SINGUARD or an eTrader t-shirt for the whole event, which is readable from across an aisle rather than needing a badge check.
Are the SINGUARD and eTrader shirts different teams?
No. SINGUARD is the company and eTrader is the trading terminal it builds. Whichever shirt you see, the person wearing it can discuss and demonstrate the terminal, the Broker CRM and the Prop Firm CRM.
Can I arrange a time instead of hoping to bump into you?
Yes. Use the Book a Call or Text Us links in the header of this site and we will agree a window before the event. For the dates and the floor layout themselves, check the expo organiser's official schedule.
