Twenty minutes is the honest length of a first meeting on an expo floor. Anything shorter is a business card exchange, anything longer and one of you is being polite. So it is worth saying plainly what a broker gets out of twenty minutes with the SINGUARD team at Forex Expo Dubai, and what we will not pretend to cover in that time.
We will be attending the show. There is no appointment required: the whole team wears SINGUARD and eTrader t-shirts, which is the easiest way to find us in a hall of identical black stands. Dates and floor details are on the expo's own official schedule, so check there rather than taking a figure from us. If you would rather lock a slot in advance, the Book a Call and Text Us links in the header of this site both reach us before the show.
Minutes one to five: your current stack
The first thing we ask is what you are running today and where it hurts. Not the vendor names, the symptoms. Client onboarding takes three days because verification and account creation live in different systems. Your finance team reconciles deposits by hand every morning. Your dealing desk cannot see a client's exposure without opening a second window. Those specifics tell us more in four minutes than a stack diagram does in twenty, and they decide whether the rest of the meeting is useful to you at all.
If your answer is that you have not built anything yet, that is a different and shorter conversation, and how to start a forex brokerage covers the sequence better than a noisy hall can.
Minutes six to fifteen: the software on a screen
This is the part worth flying for. We put the eTrader terminal, the Broker CRM and the Prop Firm CRM on a real screen and run them while you ask questions. Not a video, not a click-through prototype. Charts loading on live prices, an order going out, the client portal a real client would see, the back office view your operations staff would sit in all day.
Brokers tend to spend this window on three things: how an account is created and funded end to end, what the risk view shows during a fast market, and how much of the daily reconciliation work is automated. Ask for the ugly paths. Show me a failed deposit. Show me a client stuck in verification. A platform looks fine on the happy path, and your team will spend its life on the other one.
SINGUARD supplies software. We are not a broker, a bank, a payment institution or an adviser, and we do not touch client funds. Licensing, AML and KYC, client money and every commercial decision remain the operating firm's own. Trading, especially leveraged trading, carries a high risk of loss.
Minutes sixteen to twenty: what it would take to move
The last block is the migration question, because it is the one that stops most brokers who otherwise want to change. What happens to your existing client records, your open positions, your reporting history. Which parts run in parallel and for how long. What your team has to learn. We will give you the plain version, including the parts that are genuinely awkward, and the broker CRM migration guide is the longer written form of that answer if you want it before the show.
What twenty minutes will not produce is a contract or a final price for a complex setup. Pricing depends on instruments, regions, payment rails and headcount, and a number given across a stand in a loud room helps nobody. We will tell you the shape of it and follow up properly.
One more thing gets asked in that final block often enough to mention: whether you can run the new system alongside your existing one for a period instead of switching in a single weekend. You can, and for most brokers above a few hundred live accounts that is the sane way to do it. The trade-off is that your staff work two systems for several weeks and your reporting has to be reconciled across both. We would rather tell you that at a stand than after a signature.
Who is actually at the show
SINGUARD's Executive Directors, Alex Onta & Roman Onta, are both attending in person. Alex Onta built the eTrader platform, with Roman Onta helping on the design, and leads it. The two of them built the Broker CRM, the Prop Firm CRM, Scalegram and CopySignals together, and compliance, payments and corporate structuring sit with both of them. Practically, that means the person answering your question about payment rails is the person who built the integration, not a sales rep relaying it.
The team answers in English, Italian, Romanian and Russian. Meetings run better in a language where you can be precise about your own operation, so pick whichever of the four that is for you.
How to make your twenty minutes count
Bring two numbers with you: your active client count and your monthly deposit volume band. You do not have to be exact, and we do not need a document. Those two figures set the scale of everything we would recommend, and without them any advice is generic. Bring one specific complaint about your current system as well. The whole meeting can hang off that one thing.
If Dubai is not the right show for you, we are at others through the year, and where to meet SINGUARD at forex expos lists how to find the team wherever it turns up next. The routine is the same everywhere: the t-shirts, the running software, and directors who answer their own questions.
"Do not ask me for the happy path. Ask me to show you a failed deposit and a client stuck in verification, because that is where your staff will actually spend their day."
