Demos in English, Italian, Romanian and Russian.

The SINGUARD team at Forex Expo Dubai answers in four languages, so the question you ask is the question you meant. Come and ask it in the one you think in.

The hardest part of a software meeting at a trade show is not the software. It is the moment a founder stops mid-sentence, switches to English he does not fully trust, and simplifies the question he actually came to ask. We watch that happen at every event, and the answer he gets is smaller than the answer he needed.

So the SINGUARD team on the floor at Forex Expo Dubai answers in four languages: English, Italian, Romanian and Russian. You do not have to pick the one you are weakest in. Ask in whichever language you think in, and we will run the demo in that language too.

Why four, and not a translation app

These four cover most of the founders who write to us. English is the working language of the industry. Italian and Romanian come from the introducing-broker and community side of Europe, where a lot of new firms start with an audience before they have a platform. Russian is spoken across a wide client base that a lot of vendors quietly ignore because their support desk cannot handle it.

A translation app is fine for a menu. It is poor for a conversation about a drawdown breach rule, a payment rail that keeps declining cards from one BIN range, or the difference between a challenge fee and a subscription. Those conversations are full of terms that translate badly, and the cost of a mistranslated answer is a founder who builds the wrong thing for six months. Someone answering in your own language can hear the assumption behind the question and correct it before you leave the stand.

What a demo in your own language actually changes

When you ask for a live demo, we open the real screens: the eTrader terminal with charts and orders, the Broker CRM with a client record and a deposit, and the Prop Firm CRM with a rules engine evaluating an account. The narration follows your questions instead of a script. If you ask why an account failed a rule, we open the rule and show the numbers behind the decision.

That only works if the back and forth is fast. In a language you use daily, you interrupt. You say "no, go back, show me what the trader sees when that happens". Interruptions are where the useful part of a demo lives, and people interrupt far less in a second language. This is the same reason we treat language as a product decision and not a marketing one, which is also why the client portal itself is multilingual: your own clients read their statements in the language they signed up in.

Language coverage on the floor is not the same as full localisation of every document. Contracts, invoices and regulatory paperwork are handled in English, and we will say so plainly rather than promise a translated agreement we do not have.

How to find us

The team wears SINGUARD and eTrader t-shirts, which makes us the easiest people at the venue to identify from a distance. There is no appointment gate. Walk up, say which language you want, and someone will take the conversation. If nobody free speaks your language at that exact minute, we will tell you when the person who does is back rather than muddle through.

SINGUARD's Executive Directors, Alex Onta & Roman Onta, are both on the floor for this one. Alex Onta built eTrader with Roman Onta helping on the design and leads the platform, and the two of them built the Prop Firm CRM and the Broker CRM together, so the technical answer and the commercial answer come from the same conversation.

Bring the question you have been putting off

The best use of ten minutes with a vendor is the question that is too specific for a website. What happens to open positions when a trader breaches at 03:00. Whether a payout can be released before a manual compliance check clears. How a firm with clients in three currencies reconciles its books. Those are answerable in a few minutes if the language is not in the way. Our expo networking guide has more on making short meetings count, and if you are still deciding whether to attend at all, the case for walking the floor instead of taking a stand is worth reading first.

For dates, hall layout and the schedule, check the expo's own official listings. We are attending, not running the event, and we would rather you got those details from the organisers than from us. If you want a fixed time instead of catching us as we pass, use the Book a Call or Text Us links in the header at the top of this page and we will put a slot aside.

What we cannot promise on the day

Two limits, stated up front. First, we cannot give you a quote for a licence you have not applied for or tell you which jurisdiction to register in. That is your lawyer's work, and a vendor guessing at it on a show floor is doing you harm. Second, a fifteen minute demo will not surface every edge case in your particular setup. What it will do is show you whether the system answers the awkward questions at all, and give you a named person to send the rest to afterwards.

One caution before any demo

SINGUARD sells software. We are not a broker, not a bank and not an adviser, and nothing shown on a demo screen is a recommendation to trade. Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss. What we can talk about honestly, in four languages, is how the systems behind a firm work and what they cost to run.

"People shrink their questions when they have to ask them in a second language. We would rather hear the full question and give you a full answer."
