SINGUARD for firms in Israel

Broker and prop firm software for Tel Aviv.

SINGUARD builds the trading platform, the Broker CRM and the Prop Firm CRM that firms in Tel Aviv run on. Software only, fully managed, live in 24 hours once your own licensing and paperwork are in place.

A trading desk in Tel Aviv usually starts with two clocks on the wall. The local market opens on Sunday, the global FX week opens on Sunday evening, and the New York close falls in the middle of the Israeli night. Any firm serving Israeli clients and an international book at the same time is running a schedule most vendors were never built for.

SINGUARD builds the software for that kind of firm. We are a software company. We are not a broker, not a bank, not a payment institution and not an advisor, and we have no office, entity, licence or staff in Israel. What we provide is the technology stack a Tel Aviv broker or proprietary trading firm runs on, fully managed, with the firm keeping its own licensing, client money and compliance where they belong.

Who this is for

Two groups. The first is people opening or already running a brokerage in Israel or from Israel, who need a trading platform with a real data feed, a client portal, and a back office that does not fall apart at a few thousand accounts. The second is people building a proprietary trading firm: evaluation accounts, rules, payouts, and a dashboard that tells a trader exactly why an account breached.

The founders who reach us are typically technical enough to know what they need and unwilling to spend a year assembling it. If you are still deciding between the two models, our note on broker versus prop firm lays out the difference in obligations, not marketing.

The regulatory backdrop, described plainly

Israel runs a defined regime for firms offering leveraged contracts to local retail clients. The Israel Securities Authority, the ISA, sits over the licensed trading arenas and the broader securities framework, with conduct, disclosure and client protection rules attached. Firms serving Israeli retail clients work inside that framework. Firms serving clients elsewhere from an Israeli desk often hold a licence in another jurisdiction and answer to that regulator instead, which is a separate set of questions covered in our piece on offshore broker licences and in the wider comparison of broker licence costs.

This page is descriptive. It is not legal, regulatory or tax advice. Every firm needs its own counsel on which licence it holds and which clients it may serve. SINGUARD supplies software and takes no part in licensing, client funds or compliance decisions.

What SINGUARD actually delivers

Three products, one stack. eTrader is the trading platform: web, iOS and Android, with charting, order and position management, alerts and its own market data feed included rather than bolted on from a third party. The Broker CRM covers the client lifecycle, KYC queues, deposits and withdrawals, account creation, IB structures and the reporting a desk needs to see its own book. The Prop Firm CRM covers challenges, phases, rule engines, breach records and payout approvals.

All of it is fully managed. SINGUARD hosts, maintains, updates and monitors the software, which is the whole point of the model: a Tel Aviv firm with six people should not be staffing a platform team. Once your licensing and paperwork are in place, the software side is live in 24 hours.

The local practicalities

Payments are where Israeli firms spend most of their setup effort. Israeli banking is conservative with anything that looks like leveraged retail trading, and the acquiring question is usually harder than the platform question. Most firms end up with a mix: local rails for local clients, correspondent banking for international flow, and a card processor that understands the category. Our notes on banking for trading firms, high risk merchant accounts and SWIFT fees cover the mechanics. SINGUARD integrates whatever processor you sign with. We never touch client money.

Language matters more than firms expect. Hebrew is right-to-left, and a portal that was translated but not laid out for it reads badly enough to cost conversions. eTrader and the CRMs handle multiple languages per client, and support staff can work in one language while the client sees another.

On time zones, Israel Standard Time sits close to European hours, which makes a Tel Aviv desk a natural fit for European and Gulf client bases. Firms working the same corridor may find our pages on Doha and Manama useful, and the full list is on our locations index.

Structure and who builds this

Israeli founders usually split the entity from the licence: an operating company for staff and development, and a regulated or licensed vehicle elsewhere for the client-facing business. That split is normal and it changes nothing about the software. The platform is deployed for the licensed entity, branded to the firm, and the firm's own name is what clients see.

eTrader was built by Alex Onta, with Roman Onta on the design side, and Alex leads it. The Prop Firm CRM, the Broker CRM, Scalegram and CopySignals were built by Alex Onta and Roman Onta together, and they carry compliance, payments and corporate structuring together as well. When you book a call you speak to the people who wrote the software, not a reseller.

Next step

If you are opening a desk in Tel Aviv, or moving one off a legacy platform, book a call or text us. Bring your licence position, your target client base and your payment providers, and we will tell you what the software side looks like and what it does not solve. If you are earlier than that, how to start a forex brokerage and how to start a prop firm are the two articles to read first.

Where SINGUARD is based, and where we meet firms in Tel Aviv

All of the software, the contracts and the policies come from SGHK Softwares Limited in Hong Kong, the holding company that builds and licenses eTrader and both CRMs. The team works out of Dubai, where both Executive Directors, Alex Onta and Roman Onta, live for most of the year, and our licensed UAE entity is SINGUARD GLOBAL FZC in Ajman Free Zone. We hold no office or licence in Israel, and none is needed: the platform is delivered and managed from our own clustered servers, so a firm in Tel Aviv runs exactly what a firm anywhere else runs, and your licence, your client money and your compliance obligations stay entirely with your own entity.

Being in Dubai keeps the team on the industry circuit and within easy reach of Tel Aviv for calls and meetings, in a time zone that overlaps most of the trading world.

In person, the place to find us is the industry circuit. The team attends Forex Expo Dubai and the other major shows, wearing the SINGUARD and eTrader shirts, and you can walk up without an appointment, ask for a live demo of the terminal and both CRMs, and talk to the Executive Directors directly in English, Italian, Romanian or Russian. See where to find us at the expo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does SINGUARD have an office in Tel Aviv?

No. SINGUARD is a software company with no office, entity or staff in Israel. We build and run the platform remotely for firms based in Tel Aviv, and the team travels to industry events where clients want to meet in person.

Who regulates trading firms in Tel Aviv?

The Israel Securities Authority, the ISA, supervises the licensed trading arenas that offer leveraged contracts to Israeli retail clients, alongside the wider securities regime. SINGUARD does not hold or apply for any licence, and nothing here is legal or regulatory advice.

Can a Tel Aviv firm run in Hebrew and English?

Yes. The eTrader platform, the client portal and the CRM interfaces are multi-language, so a Tel Aviv desk can serve Hebrew speakers and an English-speaking international book from the same back office.

How fast can a Tel Aviv broker or prop firm go live?

Once the firm's own licensing, banking and paperwork are settled, the software side is live within 24 hours. Everything is fully managed by SINGUARD, so the firm does not hire a platform team.
