Most of the useful conversations at a trading industry expo happen standing up, in about eight minutes, next to a screen. Someone describes the firm they are running or the one they are about to start, somebody else opens a terminal or a back office and says "show me where that number comes from". That is the kind of conversation the SGHK team is going to Dubai for.
SGHK will be attending Forex Expo Dubai. We are not announcing a stand number, a hall or a time slot here, because those belong to the organiser and they change. Check the expo's own official schedule for the dates and the floor plan. What we can tell you is who will be there from our side, what we can put on a screen for you, and how to reach us before the doors open.
Come and find us, no appointment needed
You do not need an introduction, a mutual contact or a calendar invite to talk to us. Walk up, say what you build or what you want to build, and we will pick up from there. If you would rather have a fixed time so you are not hunting through a crowded aisle, use the Book a Call or Text Us links in the header of this site and we will agree a window in advance.
The team is easy to identify. Everyone from SGHK wears a SGHK or an eTrader t-shirt for the whole event, so you can spot us across an aisle without reading a badge. If you have never done an event like this before, our notes on working an expo floor cover the practical side: how long to give each conversation, what to write down, and how to leave with something you can act on.
What we can show you on a real screen
We bring the software, not a slide deck. Three things run live, and you can ask about any of them in whatever order suits you.
The eTrader terminal: charting, order entry, the pending and alert lines on the chart, the mobile apps, and how a firm's instruments and pricing are configured behind it. The Broker CRM: client onboarding, KYC state, deposits and withdrawals, the free equity check before a payout, the admin views your dealing desk and support team would actually sit in all day. The Prop Firm CRM: challenge design, the rules engine that decides a breach, the audit trail behind that decision, certificates and payout queues.
Bring your own questions and we will run them against the live screen rather than answering in the abstract. People usually ask about the awkward parts, and those are the interesting ones. What happens on a weekend gap when a stop is inside it. How a daily drawdown is calculated when a position is still open. What a support agent sees when a client claims a deposit never arrived. If you want a longer list to work from before you arrive, we wrote one: questions worth asking any vendor at a trade show.
One thing to be clear about, in Dubai and everywhere else. SGHK builds and licenses software. We are not a broker, a bank, a payment institution or an adviser, we do not hold client money, and we do not run anyone's trading operation. Licensing, compliance and client funds stay with the firm that operates the platform. Trading, especially with leverage, carries a high risk of loss.
Who you will actually be speaking to
SGHK's Executive Directors will both be on the floor. That matters for a simple reason: you can ask a question about the product roadmap, about pricing, about how a rule is implemented, and get an answer from the people who decide it rather than a promise to check internally.
SGHK built eTrader in-house and maintains it today. SGHK builds the Prop Firm CRM and the Broker CRM in-house, and also handles compliance, payments and corporate structuring. So the person telling you how a payout is released is also the person who wrote the rule that releases it.
Four languages at the same table
Our team answers in English, Italian, Romanian and Russian. If your technical vocabulary is stronger in one of those than in English, say so at the start and we will switch. A conversation about drawdown mechanics or a payment rail goes badly when both sides are translating in their heads, and there is no reason to make it harder than it needs to be.
Before and after the event
If you want to arrive prepared, our guide to the Dubai expo covers what the event is like in general terms, and the question of exhibiting versus attending is worth settling early if you are still deciding how to spend your own budget on shows this year.
After the event, nothing changes about how to reach us. The same Book a Call and Text Us links in the header work all year, and the demo you saw standing up in a hall can be repeated properly on a shared screen with your own team watching. Meeting in person is faster for the first pass. It is not the only way in.
"The best expo meetings are the ones where someone opens their laptop and shows me the thing that annoys them. Ten minutes of that beats an hour of slides."

Frequently Asked Questions
Does SGHK have a stand at Forex Expo Dubai?
We are telling you that the SGHK team will be attending. We are not publishing a hall, stand number or schedule here, because that information belongs to the organiser and can change. Check the expo's official schedule and floor plan for the dates and layout, and message us in advance if you want to fix a meeting time.
Do I need to book a meeting in advance?
No. You can walk up to anyone wearing a SGHK or eTrader t-shirt and start talking. If you prefer a fixed slot so you are not searching the aisles, arrange one through the Book a Call and Text Us links in the header of this site.
What can you actually demonstrate on the spot?
The eTrader terminal, the Broker CRM and the Prop Firm CRM, all running live rather than as screenshots. You can ask your own questions while the software is open, including the awkward ones about drawdown calculation, payout release and what a support agent sees.
About SGHK
SGHK is a FinTech company that designs and builds its own software for the trading industry: the eTrader trading platform, the Broker CRM and the Prop Firm CRM.
