A Seychelles broker usually launches with four people and a deadline. That shapes everything about the technology it buys. There is nobody to run a platform team, nobody to babysit a server at three in the morning, and no appetite for a nine month integration project. So the technology has to arrive finished.
SINGUARD supplies it that way. Platform, data feed, CRM, hosting and monitoring as one managed service, branded as yours, live within 24 hours once your own licensing and paperwork are in place.
Who this is for
Retail brokers holding a Securities Dealer licence and selling CFDs to clients across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Prop firms running evaluation accounts from a Seychelles company. Introducing brokers who have built a client base under somebody else and now want the client relationship on their own paper.
The third group is the one that underestimates the back office. Handling a hundred clients through a spreadsheet feels fine until the first withdrawal dispute, at which point you need to prove who approved what and when. That is a system problem, and it is why we wrote the piece on the three portals every broker ends up needing.
The regulatory backdrop, described only
In Seychelles the Financial Services Authority licenses securities dealers, and a retail forex or CFD business is normally run under a Securities Dealer licence held by a Seychelles company with local directors and a resident compliance officer. The FSA expects minimum capital, audited accounts, AML and countering-terrorist-financing procedures, and record keeping that an inspector can ask for. Client money handling and reporting obligations sit in the licence conditions, not with your software vendor.
Our Seychelles FSA licence explainer covers the route in more detail, and the offshore licence comparison puts it beside Vanuatu, Belize and the rest. Read the note on marketing an offshore licence into Europe before your first ad campaign, because that is where most young firms get into trouble.
Nothing on this page is legal advice. SINGUARD has no office, entity, staff or licence in Seychelles. We are a software vendor whose clients operate there, and our team travels to industry events to meet them.
What SINGUARD provides
eTrader is the trading platform: web, iOS and Android, your brand, with its own data feed included rather than bolted on from a third party. Alex Onta built it with Roman Onta on the design, and Alex leads it. The Broker CRM runs onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, client accounts and the audit trail. The Prop Firm CRM adds evaluation phases, server-side drawdown and consistency rules, payout requests and certificates. Alex Onta and Roman Onta built both CRMs together and carry compliance, payments and corporate structuring between them.
Fully managed is the important word. Our engineers own the servers, the updates and the feed monitoring. Your team owns clients and risk. Firms coming off a MetaTrader white label often ask what changes; the white label myths article answers most of it, and the platform checklist is what we would use to compare vendors if we were buying.
Payments, banking and the practical angle
Banking is the hard part of a Seychelles setup, not the licence. Correspondent banking for offshore financial firms has tightened for years, and most firms end up with a mix: a domestic account where possible, an account in a friendlier jurisdiction, one or more payment service providers for cards, and crypto rails for clients in markets where cards decline constantly.
Plan for that mix in the software from day one. Our CRM reconciles per rail, so a card deposit, a bank wire and a stablecoin payment all land in the same client ledger with their own trail. Running more than one PSP is not paranoia, it is routine, and crypto settlement for trading firms explains the compliance side of the third rail.
Time zones, languages and how firms staff up
Seychelles sits at GMT+4, so the working day overlaps the Asian afternoon, the whole European morning and the London open. Firms with clients in Malaysia, Vietnam, the Gulf and Nigeria can cover all of them from one shift, which is unusual. English and French are both official, and Seychellois Creole is the daily language on the islands.
Structurally, most Seychelles firms are thin locally and heavy elsewhere: directors, compliance and audit on the island, with sales, marketing and support in Dubai, Kuala Lumpur or Istanbul. Client-facing staff then need the CRM in their own language and the traders need the app in theirs, which both products handle. Firms weighing a second licence usually look at Mauritius or a Turkish sales base, covered on the Istanbul page, and the full set is on the locations index.

Where SINGUARD is based, and where we meet firms in Seychelles
All of the software, the contracts and the policies come from SGHK Softwares Limited in Hong Kong, the holding company that builds and licenses eTrader and both CRMs. The team works out of Dubai, where both Executive Directors, Alex Onta and Roman Onta, live for most of the year, and our licensed UAE entity is SINGUARD GLOBAL FZC in Ajman Free Zone. We hold no office or licence in Seychelles, and none is needed: the platform is delivered and managed from our own clustered servers, so a firm in Seychelles runs exactly what a firm anywhere else runs, and your licence, your client money and your compliance obligations stay entirely with your own entity.
Being in Dubai keeps the team on the industry circuit and within easy reach of Seychelles for calls and meetings, in a time zone that overlaps most of the trading world.
In person, the place to find us is the industry circuit. The team attends Forex Expo Dubai and the other major shows, wearing the SINGUARD and eTrader shirts, and you can walk up without an appointment, ask for a live demo of the terminal and both CRMs, and talk to the Executive Directors directly in English, Italian, Romanian or Russian. See where to find us at the expo.
