Most software for sales teams is priced per seat and per action, which means the better it works the more it costs, and the cost arrives as a surprise at the end of a good month. Scalegram is priced the other way: one plan at $999.00 USD a month, or $9,999.00 USD a year paid up front. There are no tiers, no per seat charge and no metering on messages or contacts.
That is a blunt number and it deserves an equally blunt explanation of what sits behind it.
What the plan includes
The plan covers up to 10 Telegram bots and 10 tracked websites, your personal Telegram working as a CRM, and unlimited clients, tags, notes and conversations. It includes the flow builder, saved replies with pictures and PDFs, the ask me checkpoints that stop the assistant granting anything without your approval, human handoff and the assistant you can question directly in Telegram.
It also includes the tracking side, which is the part people underestimate: tracking links, hosted landing pages on your own domain, pixel conversion events for click, join, registration and purchase with value, UTMs carried through the whole chain, the Meta Ads connection, the Whop integration and the broker integration used to verify a deposit before a private group invite goes out. All of those are wired up on the Integrations page, and every other screen only picks from what is already connected.
Team access is included as well, with rights granted per area rather than per person tier, so adding a fifth staff member does not change the invoice.
What it does not include
One thing sits outside: the AI. You bring your own key from Grok, OpenAI or DeepSeek, and you pay that provider directly for what your bots consume. In practice that has been a few dollars a month for the businesses we have set up, but it is their bill and their key, not a line item we mark up.
We do it that way for two reasons. Reselling model tokens turns a software price into a usage price, which is precisely the surprise we were trying to remove. And owning the key means an operator can change model provider without changing vendor, which matters more than it sounds when a provider raises prices or a model changes behaviour.
Prices here are the ones published at the time of writing. Check scalegram.io for what is current before you plan around a number in a blog post.
How to judge whether it is expensive
Compare it against the thing it replaces rather than against other software. The businesses that run on Telegram at volume are usually paying a person to answer messages, qualify, follow up and chase people who went quiet. In most markets that person costs more per month than this plan and works one shift in one language.
If instead you are one person with forty conversations a month, the honest answer is that this is the wrong tool and you should keep using pinned chats. The plan is priced for an operation with enough message volume that a missed reply has a measurable cost, and pretending otherwise would waste your money and our onboarding time.
The second test is attribution. If you spend on ads into Telegram and cannot say which campaign produced which paying customer, you are already losing more than the subscription on misallocated budget. That is the argument in Telegram ad attribution, and it is the reason the tracking stack is bundled rather than sold as an upgrade.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Before that, one point about seats, because it is the question every operator asks second. A business running Telegram at volume usually has an owner, one or two people answering messages and somebody handling ads. On per seat software that shape gets expensive quickly, and the usual response is that everyone shares a login, which destroys the audit trail. Here the rights are granted per area, per person, at no additional cost, so nobody has a financial reason to share credentials.
Cards are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Crypto is handled separately. Both rails are prepaid and neither renews on its own, so a subscription ends by you not paying rather than by you finding a cancellation form. Subscriptions activate immediately, and fees are non-refundable once activated, which is set out in full in the legal pages on the product site.
Instant activation and non-refundable are two sides of the same policy. The value is delivered the moment the panel opens, so there is no window in which nothing has been supplied.
The other product on the same codebase
CopySignals is priced for a different buyer entirely. It is $19.00 USD a month including the first trading account, with $9.00 USD a month for each additional account, so a trader running one live and one demo pays $28.00 USD. It sits at copysignals.io and shares Scalegram's foundation, including the signal parsing, while running SINGUARD's own MT4 and MT5 terminals for execution rather than renting a third party trading API. The full tour is in what CopySignals is.
Two products, two prices, one machinery underneath. Scalegram is bought by a business that sells through Telegram. CopySignals is bought by an individual trader. Nobody needs both, and we would rather say that than bundle them.
SINGUARD sells software. Trading is high risk, copied trades and signals are tooling and information rather than advice, and no result is promised by either product.
"Per seat pricing punishes you for growing and per message pricing punishes you for working. We would rather pick one number, publish it, and let the customer plan."

- Scalegram is $999.00 USD a month or $9,999.00 USD a year prepaid, with no tiers, no seats and no metering.
- The plan covers 10 Telegram bots, 10 tracked sites, unlimited clients, the flow builder, team rights and the full tracking and integration stack.
- You bring your own AI key from Grok, OpenAI or DeepSeek and pay that provider directly, which keeps model costs unmarked up and the provider swappable.
- Cards go through Paddle as merchant of record, crypto is a separate rail, both are prepaid and neither renews on its own.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a per user or per message charge?
No. The plan is one price with no seat count and no metering on messages or contacts. Adding staff or handling more conversations does not change the invoice.
Why do I have to bring my own AI key?
So model usage is billed to you at cost by the provider rather than marked up by us, and so you can change model provider without changing software vendor.
What does CopySignals cost, and do I need both?
CopySignals is $19.00 USD a month including the first trading account and $9.00 USD a month for each extra account. It is bought by individual traders copying signals, while Scalegram is bought by businesses selling through Telegram. Most people need one, not both.
