See a Live eTrader Demo at the Expo.

The SINGUARD team will be at Forex Expo Dubai with the eTrader terminal, the Broker CRM and the Prop Firm CRM running on a real screen. Walk up, ask for a demo, get one.

Most software demonstrations at a trade fair are a slide deck with a screenshot on it. Ours is not. When you find the SINGUARD team at Forex Expo Dubai, the screen in front of us is running the real eTrader terminal on live market data, and whoever is standing there can open a position, move a stop, change the timeframe and show you what happens next while you watch. That is the point of being in the room together.

We are attending the event as a team, not standing behind a stand with a number on it. The practical consequence is simple: you can walk up to us, ask for a demo, and get one on the spot. No appointment, no form, no follow-up email three days later with a PDF you will not read.

What actually goes on the screen

Three products, in whatever order matters to you. The eTrader terminal first, because that is the part your clients touch every day: charts, the order ticket, pending orders and alerts, the mobile build on a phone next to the laptop. If you want the detail behind it, what eTrader is covers the same ground in writing, but reading about an order ticket and using one are different experiences.

Then the Broker CRM: the client list, KYC states, deposits and withdrawals moving through the approval queue, the markup and routing settings that decide what a client actually pays. Then the Prop Firm CRM: challenge templates, the rules engine marking a breach, the payout queue, the certificate a passing trader receives. Each of those has a back office behind it that a firm operator will recognise within about ten seconds, which is usually the moment the real questions start.

Bring your own questions, not ours

The demos we remember from previous events were the ones where someone interrupted after two minutes and said "show me the drawdown calculation instead". Good. A canned walkthrough tells you what we chose to show. Your question tells you whether the software does the thing you need on a Tuesday afternoon when a client is on the phone.

Useful things to ask for while the screen is live: how a daily drawdown limit is evaluated against equity, what a failed card payment looks like from the operator side, how many clicks it takes to freeze a trader's account, what the audit trail records when a member of staff edits an account, how a second brand is added under the same firm. If you want a longer prompt list, the questions worth asking any vendor at an expo is a fair starting point, and we will not flinch at any of them.

We sell software. SINGUARD is not a broker, a bank or an adviser, and nothing shown on a demo screen is a recommendation to trade. Trading with leverage carries a high risk of loss. A demo answers what the platform does, not whether a market position is a good idea.

How to find us

Look for the t-shirts. The whole team wears SINGUARD and eTrader shirts for the duration of the event, which makes us the easiest people on the floor to identify from thirty metres away. Walk over and say hello. Someone will have a laptop open.

SINGUARD's Executive Directors, Alex Onta & Roman Onta, are both attending, so the person explaining how a feature works is often the person who decided how it should work. Alex Onta built the eTrader platform, with Roman Onta on the design side, and leads it. The Prop Firm CRM, the Broker CRM, Scalegram and CopySignals were built by Alex Onta & Roman Onta together, and they carry compliance, payments and corporate structuring together as well. That matters at an expo because the answer to a hard question does not have to be relayed back to an engineer in another country.

Four languages at the same table

Demos run in English, Italian, Romanian and Russian. If you would rather discuss a risk engine in your own language than in your third one, say so when you arrive and we will hand the laptop to whoever speaks it. Technical vocabulary is where second-language conversations quietly go wrong, and a firm's rules engine is exactly the wrong place for a misunderstanding.

Dates, floor plans and booking a slot

For dates, venue and the floor layout, check the expo's own official schedule. We are not going to publish a hall number or a timetable here that could be out of date by the time you read it.

If you want a guaranteed slot rather than catching us between conversations, use the Book a Call or Text Us links in the header of this site and we will fix a time before the doors open. Fifteen minutes booked in advance tends to be worth more than an hour of walking the floor hoping to bump into the right person, a point the expo networking guide makes at greater length. And if you are still deciding whether Dubai is the event to attend at all, the Forex Expo Dubai guide sets out what the event is like for firms rather than for retail visitors.

What happens after the demo

Nothing you did not ask for. If the software fits, the next step is a longer session with your own scenario in it: your instrument list, your challenge structure, your payment rails. If it does not fit, we would rather you left knowing that than spend a month in a sales process. Either outcome is a useful twenty minutes.

Every serious buying decision we have seen in this industry started with someone watching the product move rather than reading about it. Dubai is a chance to do that in person, with the people who wrote it standing next to the screen.

"A screenshot cannot answer a follow-up question. That is the whole reason we bring a running terminal to an expo instead of a slide deck."
