DXtrade Alternatives for Brokers and Prop Firms in 2026.

DXtrade is a white-label terminal firms brand as their own. Here is what brokers and prop firms compare it against, branding model and automation ecosystem both.

Devexperts sells DXtrade as a white-label platform a firm brands as its own, which is exactly why a wave of prop firms added it during the 2024 platform shuffle after MetaQuotes tightened its licensing terms. A firm on DXtrade, or comparing it before signing, usually wants one of two different things next: a bigger automation ecosystem than DXtrade's own, or a single vendor that also runs the CRM and payments rather than a rebranded terminal alone.

We build eTrader, so it leads this list, and we say so openly, with eTrader's own trade-offs stated where they matter.

1. eTrader

eTrader is not a white-label platform, and that is a deliberate difference from DXtrade rather than an oversight: each firm gets its own server inside eTrader, shown with its own name and logo, while the client portal, storefront, website and emails carry the firm's brand on its own domain. In exchange, a firm skips app-store work entirely, and gets native apps for iPhone, Android and Mac, a full browser terminal, the eTrader price feed, native MAM / PAMM and copytrading, a built-in Dealing Desk, and cloud robots and AI Traders in one platform, hosted by SGHK and managed by the firm.

Where DXtrade still wins: a firm that specifically needs its own icon on the app itself, rather than its name inside a shared one, needs a true white label, and eTrader is not that. eTrader is also the newer of the two platforms, with a smaller third-party library, and its robots are written in Tide rather than imported from elsewhere.

2. MetaTrader 5

MT5 remains the platform with the largest trader base and the biggest robot library through MQL5, plus its own depth of market and a multi-threaded strategy tester. It is not white-labelled the way DXtrade is; traders pick the firm's server from inside the shared MetaTrader app.

3. cTrader

cTrader, from Spotware, offers Level II depth of market and algorithmic trading in C# through cTrader Algo, with cTrader Copy for copy trading, on Windows, Mac, web, iOS and Android. Like MT5, it uses the shared-app, broker-server model rather than a rebranded terminal.

4. Match-Trader

Match-Trade Technologies sells Match-Trader as white-label web and mobile apps too, bundled with a client office, payments and prop firm tools. It is the closest direct comparison to DXtrade on branding, with the addition of a built-in back office DXtrade does not include by itself.

5. TradeLocker

TradeLocker puts TradingView charts inside its terminal with a built-in risk calculator, aimed more at discretionary traders coming from TradingView than at firms chasing DXtrade's branding model. By its own account it is newer than MetaTrader and cTrader, with automation tooling still growing.

Branding versus everything else

A rebranded app matters most when clients are expected to search an app store for the firm's own name. If that is not how a firm gets clients, the shared-app model that eTrader, MetaTrader and cTrader use is not a downgrade, and it removes the app-store side of the job: no developer account, no financial app declaration, no store review, and every update reaches every trader the day it ships. If a firm's growth plan genuinely depends on its own app icon, DXtrade or Match-Trader stay the more direct fit.

Either way, look past the terminal to the back office. SGHK's Broker CRM and Prop Firm CRM connect to DXtrade, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, NinjaTrader, Match-Trader and TradeLocker as well as eTrader, so a firm is not choosing a CRM at the same time it chooses a platform. See our MetaTrader alternatives guide if licensing risk, not branding, is the reason you are looking around.

"A white label is a real asset when clients need to see your own app icon. It is not the only way to put your name on a trading platform."

Key Takeaways

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best alternative to DXtrade for a new firm?

If your growth does not depend on your own app icon, we recommend eTrader: the price feed, dealing desk, MAM / PAMM and copytrading are already built in. If the branded app itself is the point, Match-Trader is the closer comparison.

Is eTrader a white-label alternative to DXtrade?

No, and we are explicit about that. eTrader is not white-labelled. Each firm gets its own server and logo inside a shared app rather than its own app icon.

Does eTrader support robots built for DXtrade?

DXtrade itself is not built around a named scripting language the way MetaTrader or cTrader are. If your automation was built for MetaTrader or cTrader and routed through DXtrade, it still needs a rewrite into Tide to run on eTrader.

Can a firm run DXtrade and eTrader together?

Yes. SGHK's Broker CRM and Prop Firm CRM connect to DXtrade, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, NinjaTrader, Match-Trader and TradeLocker as well as eTrader, so one CRM can run both.

Is Match-Trader or DXtrade the more complete package?

Match-Trader bundles a client office, payments and prop firm tools with the platform. DXtrade is sold as the platform itself, with the firm adding its own CRM and payment stack, unless it buys those separately from Devexperts' partners.
